Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions
Pricing
• Prices are quoted on face value, it is subject to any tax which is in effect or may be imposed by state or federal law.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, and invoicing will be based on prices in effect at the time of the shipment.
Payment
• We accept check, money order and wire transfer, payable to “Infinity Display Inc.”.
• Returned check(s) are subject to $25 fee.
• Late payment for invoices over 30 days is subject to a finance charge of 2.5% per month (annual percentage rate 30%)
Shipping
• Shipments are made F.O.B. Infinity office, CA unless otherwise stated as direct drop shipment from overseas manufacturing plant.
• Shipments will be made via the most reasonable methods by Infinity Display discretion, unless shipping instructions are provided.
• Freight charges are pre-paid and added to the invoice. Handling charges are included in shipping cost.
• Shipping schedule and delivery date given by Infinity Display are estimates only, we are not responsible for any delay from the carrier during transit.
Custom Orders
• Custom orders are subject to minimum quantity requirements.
• A 50% deposit is required with written purchase order.
• No cancellation is accepted after confirmation of Proforma Invoice.
• All custom orders, special projects and/ or non-stock items are not returnable or refundable.
Returns
• All returns must be reported to Infinity Display within seven (7) days after receipt of merchandise. Returns must be pre-approved and require a Return Authorization (RA) number assigned by Infinity Display.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted nor processed.
• Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the credit issued.
• Returned merchandise will receive store credit only, no refunds will be given.
• All returns must be made in original condition and packaging along with RA number provided and shipped freight prepaid. Original freight fee are not refundable.
Claims
• For shipment in F.O.B. point of origin, once merchandise is tendered to the carrier, it becomes the property of the recipient. The recipients bear the risk for lost or damaged of merchandise in transit. Infinity Display is not responsible for damaged merchandise.
• Please inspect all the merchandise carefully upon receipt.
• Any damaged cartons must be recorded clearly on the bill of lading at the time of receipt.
• Claims for damaged merchandise must be filed by the customer immediately with the carrier / agents.
• Any claims for defects or shortage must be made within 7 days of receipt. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance of shipment.
